Parent Sessions

If you feel like you are walking on eggshells at home around your primary-school aged child, are seeing challenging behaviours that you are struggling to understand, or don’t feel as though you know how to respond to your child during moments of overwhelm, then Parent Sessions are for you!

Parent Sessions were created for parents who need space to explore concerns about family life at home, to help understand what is happening beneath your child’s behaviours, and gentle guidance on how you can best support them. Together we meet for 1-hour via Teams where we explore what is going well, what you are finding challenging, and ideas for small changes you can make that will best support your child. Following our session, I will follow up via email with a fully-prepped action plan for your next steps, leaving you feeling confident, motivated, and ready to take action in meeting your child where they are at.

I focus on connection, attunement, and co-regulation as the biggest tools in your toolbox, and share ideas, give suggestions, and guide you through ways that help reconnect you and your child, strengthen your relationship, and improve your family’s overall emotional well-being.

You can contact me here, or find out more on how to book your session below!
